道民としてはQUEENの札幌公演を知った時は、とても嬉しい気持ちとなりました。速攻でチケットを予約して飛行機のチケットも確保しました。雪まつりの時期なのでこの時期のフライトチケットやホテル代跳ね上がりやすいです。
札幌ドームに行ってライブに行くということ自体久々だなぁと思い、過去を振り返ってみると2011年12月エアロスミス札幌公演以来でした。
エアロスミスまた見たいですね〜。
詳しいライブレポートは他サイトでも書いてあるので割愛しますが、感想としてはやはり地元で見るライブは最高ということですね。
ロジャーテイラー、ブライアンメイが70歳を超えてもこうして日本ツアーを行なってくれたこと。
オーストラリアでもなくヨーロッパでもなく日本の北海道に来てくれたこと。感謝です。
それは、50年以上クイーンをサポートしてきた日本のファンが起こしたものだと思っています。
札幌公演はなかなか集客に苦しむ場所ですが、少し黒く席を隠していた箇所はあったとはいえども、かなり席は埋まっていたのではないのでしょうか。GLAYファンの力もありました。
GLAYとQUEENを一度で観れるという素晴らしい日でした!

As a resident of Hokkaido, hearing about QUEEN’s Sapporo concert filled me with immense joy. I promptly reserved tickets and secured flight tickets as well. Since it was during the snow festival season, flight tickets and hotel prices tend to skyrocket during this time.
Going to Sapporo Dome for a concert was a rare treat, and reflecting on the past, I realized it had been since December 2011 for the Aerosmith concert in Sapporo.
I’d love to see Aerosmith again!
I’ll spare you the detailed live report as it’s available on other sites, but my overall impression is that watching a live performance in your hometown is truly the best.
The fact that they conducted this Japan tour even after surpassing 70 years of age.
Coming to Hokkaido, Japan, not Australia or Europe. I’m grateful for that.
I believe it’s all thanks to the Japanese fans who have supported QUEEN for over 50 years.
While Sapporo concerts often struggle with attendance, despite some sections having obscured seats, I believe the venue was quite packed, perhaps due in part to GLAY fans’ support.
It was a fantastic day being able to see both GLAY and QUEEN in one go!
